Reporting to the VP of Product Engineering at JLR, Farnoosh was responsible for leading cross-functional teams to drive product strategy initiatives. Her 15+ year career spans Jaguar Land Rover and Rolls-Royce, where she drove global product strategy, high-performance culture transformation, and supply chain optimization across international operations.

At Rolls-Royce, she served as Programme Manager for High Performance Culture, leading strategic change initiatives and training facilitators globally. She holds an MSc in Operations, Project and Supply Chain Management from Manchester Business School and a BSc from Sharif University of Technology.

As Director of Operations Strategy & Cost Management at Collins Aerospace (RTX), Kelly leads enterprise operations optimization across the aerospace and defense industry. His 18+ year career spans Collins Aerospace, UTC Aerospace Systems, and Goodrich — progressing from Manufacturing Engineer to senior leadership.

Kelly holds an MBA in International Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University. His expertise in operations strategy, international project management, and cost optimization directly shapes Unikode's approach to enterprise workflow automation.

As Director of Global Strategic Partnerships at JLR, Jacob reports directly to the Board of Jaguar Land Rover. Over his 14+ year tenure, he progressed from Engineer through Corporate Finance leadership to co-author JLR's Reimagine Strategy — a comprehensive transformation roadmap for the automotive giant.

Jacob holds a First Class Honours BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester and is a Chartered Accountant (ACMA, CGMA). His extensive experience across automotive and tech in the USA and Europe drives Unikode's financial strategy and strategic partnership development.

As Performance Analysis Engineer at NetApp, Kasra leads performance maintenance and optimization initiatives for enterprise data storage systems across on-prem and cloud deployments. His career spans NetApp, Western Digital, and UC Irvine — specializing in performance optimization, runtime resource management, and learning algorithms.

Kasra holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from UC Irvine and an MSc from Northeastern University. His doctoral research produced 10+ peer-reviewed publications and earned multiple awards including EECS Graduate Student of the Year and recognition at the ACM Student Research Competition and DAC PhD Forum.

George serves as a vital strategic leader for Unikode, leveraging over two decades of progressive experience across the highly regulated aerospace and defense sectors, culminating in an executive role as Product Line Director at Collins Aerospace (RTX). George's career trajectory—from engineering leadership and program management to overseeing entire product lines—equips him with a rare end-to-end perspective on technology development and business scalability.

His core expertise in strategic planning, engineering, operations, and enterprise transformation is crucial to Unikode, providing a direct pipeline to understanding and meeting the complex digital transformation needs of major Fortune 100 clients. He holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cairo University.
